At Aura Lyyfe, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition as received.

    • In its original packaging.

  • Certain items, such as opened consumable wellness products (if applicable), may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@auralyyfe.com.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/discounted items

  • Opened consumable wellness products (if applicable)

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please:

    1. Check your bank account again.

    2. Contact your credit card company.

    3. Contact your bank.

  • If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at support@auralyyfe.com.

6. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact us at support@auralyyfe.com for the return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item sent).
